While we were home, we had Maggie Baptised in the Catholic Church. Father John at the Carmel Mission was kind enough to perform the ceremony and we had almost 30 friends and family attend. Father John spoke of the wonderment of children and how amazing all of their new discoveries were. Maggie decided to chime in and made it clear that she agreed. Perfect timing. I forgot my camera at the ceremony so I hope that the 'paparazzi' were able to get some good shots. If you have never been to the Carmel Mission Basilica, it is beautiful and worth a visit. www. carmelmission.org

Surfing the 'Getty'
California
Well, I actually don't have that many pictures from Ohio because the camera arrived a few days after I did. I hope that the rest of the Smiths have some pics to share from the fun 'Cinci themed' party at the clubhouse! So, here we are already arrived in California and a little bit warmer.
Maggie had her first introduction to Bantry dog...
This might only be funny to me!
Ohio
We have finally downloaded tons of pictures from our trip (ok... 562 to be exact). I will spare you most of the boring ones and will only post a few shining stars (maybe 100 or so...). Here we go:

Sitting and Rasberries
We have been really busy with our great friends in town. Big news around our house... Maggie has learned to sit up all on her own! We are really excited about that, but mom is more excited about her sleeping through the night. So, we are well rested and ready (I think) for the next stage... crawling.
